Dr. Madhavi Rangaswamy

Professor 

Dr. Madhavi Rangaswamy is a Professor at the Department of Psychology, CHRIST (Deemed to be University). She got her PhD from NIMHANS, Bangalore. She completed her postdoctoral training at Henri Begleiter Neurodynamics Laboratory and she served as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York, USA. She contributed to research in electrophysiology and genetic correlates of alcoholism (COGA project) and has over 40 publications. Currently Dr. Rangaswamy teaches two courses in Cognitive Psychology and one elective in Cognitive Electrophysiology for the PG Psychology program at  CHRIST (Deemed to be University). Her research interests lie in the area of cognitive and behavioural neuroscience, and human environment interactions.
